Excel Rustnot – 274 HD is specialty oil based type rust preventive oils containing special additives to provide high degree of rust protection and lubrication. This oil can be used for both short term and long term protection. It forms an oily protective coating when applied with brushing / spraying. The film can be easily removed by solvent / alkaline degreaser or simply by wiping out with the cloth. The protective film that is formed is a good lubricant for press drawing of metal parts, in which case the film need not be removed.

Excel QD 50 is one type of rust preventive fluid that forms thin protective film on the treated surface, thus drying steadily. It provides long term protection, enhances surface luster by its attractive finish. It retains factory fresh appearance of the product. It is used for the protection of all spare parts, jigs, dies, moulds, Hack Saw blades, knives, tools, hardware, casting, forgings, chains, stampings and machinery items during storage or transit. 
It is non - staining and are easily applicable by brush, spray or swab. It is water displaced and obviates the need for specially drying parts to be protected.

Product Details:

Excel Rust Remover can be applied to remove rust from steel components, sheets, machined surface of cast iron and forged components, reinforcement steel rods, slotted angels, ERW tubes etc. 

Bath make up

Components may be dipped in Excel Rust Remover solution till rust & grease is removed ( generally for 15 – 20 min ). Components are than removed & dried in atmosphere or oven.

Excel Rust Remover may be used by spray or swab components are dried as above. No water rinse is required in case 1 & 2 given below. 

 Applicatin Procedure:

Stage 1               Excel Rust Remover by dipp /  spray / swab method without any dilution.

Stage 2  After application of Excel Rust Remover dry the components in atmosphere or in over
